NAM Church Benefits Package
Available to churches on recognized NAM status for up to five years from the date of approval, based on fund availability and NAM board approval. Each link opens the request form directly.
Beyond the requests above, NAM churches also receive:
- Free registration to PA District Camp for the whole family (including minor children), Men's Conference, Ladies' Conference, and Youth Convention (ages 12–18)
- Christmas in July love offering

Daughter Work Benefits Package
Available to churches recognized as Daughter Works through the district's application process, for up to three years from the initial date of approval. Based on fund availability and NAM board approval.
Post-NAM Benefits Package
Available to churches for up to three years starting from the date a church comes off NAM status. Based on fund availability and NAM board approval.
Discounted Material
Churches on recognized NAM status qualify for discounted curriculum and discipleship resources through Pentecostal Publishing House.

The steps a new work follows to become a fully organized, recognized church.

Set Up Church Email & Document Storage
Create a dedicated church email and document account (for example, yourchurch@gmail.com) to use for all document storage and church communications.

Apply for a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)
Required for opening a church bank account and for tax purposes.

Review & Complete Required Forms
Organizational paperwork needed to formally establish the church.

Hold an Initial Organizational / Board Meeting
Choose board members, set up the initial meeting, and complete the UPCI Application for Church Affiliation form.
Bring a $5 check to the meeting to send in with the application.

Put a system in place to track membership, giving, and events from the start.
